1. About Our Service

GameGiftHub is an online marketplace for digital goods, including game top-ups, gift cards, and digital codes. All products are delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through EPS (Easy Payment System) and other supported payment gateways. GameGiftHub does not store your card, mobile banking, or payment credentials — all payment data is handled directly by our licensed payment processor. Orders are only fulfilled after payment is successfully confirmed by the payment gateway.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital products (codes, gift cards, top-ups) are delivered electronically to your account dashboard, typically within minutes of successful payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier availability. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a code has been delivered or a top-up has been successfully completed — except where required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product listings, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur due to supplier data or system issues. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel and issue a refund for any order affected by a pricing, listing, or delivery error, at our discretion.

6. Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but an order is not successfully processed due to a technical or gateway-related issue, please contact our support team with your transaction reference. We will investigate and, where confirmed, either complete the order or issue a refund through the original payment method via EPS.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use GameGiftHub for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to payment fraud, unauthorized use of another person's payment method, false chargeback claims, or reselling codes obtained through fraudulent means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, cancel any order, and withhold delivery where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

GameGiftHub acts as a marketplace connecting customers with digital product suppliers and licensed payment processors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameGiftHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from third-party supplier errors, payment gateway downtime, or delays outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment partners, or legal requirements. Continued use of GameGiftHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
